Pennine Chair Exercise

 

Penistone chair exercise is all about helping people within our community who suffer with mobility issues.

 

We aim to help people from different backgrounds who are going through or have been through rehabilitation and need help to promote a healthy average daily living lifestyle to offset any injury, illness,disease or pain suffered.

 

We get together as a community and aim to do exercise to help with muscular strength/endurance,flexibility,balance,stability to get through life and help prevent stress,anxiety whilst promoting fun.

 

Health and Wellbeing is what it's all about and being able to do exercises with a low impact routine is great for anyone and a positive step by trying to gain self control and confidence for a healthier and happier lifestyle.
